1. ₹99 Practice Growth Audit

The ₹99 payment is a commitment deposit to reserve your personalized Practice Growth Audit.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund of your ₹99 deposit if:

  • We determine that you are not a suitable fit for ACE Mastermind™, or
  • We are unable to conduct your scheduled strategy session for reasons attributable to our team.

If you choose not to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, or fail to reschedule within the permitted time, the ₹99 deposit is non-refundable.

If you enroll in ACE Mastermind™, your ₹99 deposit will be adjusted toward your program fee.

2. ACE Mastermind™ Program

ACE Mastermind™ is a high-touch coaching and implementation program that includes:

  • Live coaching sessions
  • Business consulting
  • Done-With-You implementation
  • Digital resources
  • Templates
  • Training materials
  • Personalized support

Because access to these resources and services begins immediately after enrollment, all program purchases are final.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or partial refunds once you have enrolled and received access to the program.

3. Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our program.

If you:

  • Attend the coaching sessions,
  • Complete the assigned implementation tasks,
  • Launch the systems we build together,
  • Actively participate throughout the program,

and have not generated qualified consultation opportunities within 120 days, we will continue supporting you until you do, as outlined in your program agreement.

This is our implementation commitment—not a revenue guarantee.

4. Rescheduling Your Strategy Session

If you need to reschedule your Practice Growth Audit, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Missed appointments without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the ₹99 commitment deposit.

5. Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your purchase, please contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

We are committed to resolving genuine concerns promptly and fairly.
